A calm, caring path toward peace of mind, because your cognitive functioning needs and also deserves protection — you should take control of your future.
Who would benefit from an evaluation
If you’ve ever found yourself worrying about your memory — even a little — you’re not alone. Many people seek clarity long before symptoms appear, simply because they want to protect their future.
If you’ve ever paused mid‑sentence, searching for a word or name you used to know instantly.
Dementia or memory problems run in your family, and you want to be proactive rather than wait and wonder.
WhY THIS EVALUATION MATTERS
The goal isn’t just to measure your memory — it’s to give you a sense of control. During the evaluation, you will:
- Gain a clear picture of your current cognitive and medical/physical health.
- Identify personal risk factors that could affect your memory in the future.
- Learn which of those risks can be reduced or eliminated through lifestyle or medical changes.
- Receive personalized guidance to strengthen your brain health today and protect it for years to come.
WHAT THE EVALUATION INCLUDES
Your assessment is designed to be thorough, supportive, and deeply personalized. It may include:
- A complete medical history and physical evaluation
- Comprehensive cognitive and memory testing
- Brain imaging such as a non‑contrast MRI, SPECT scan, or computerized EEG
If you already have recent test results (within the last 12 months), you won’t be asked to repeat them.
Because memory, cognitive, functional or behavioral changes can be easier to verify with someone who knows you well, we encourage you to bring a family member or close friend. Their perspective can be incredibly valuable.
Please also bring all your medications — including vitamins, supplements, and non‑prescription items — gathered together in a bag so nothing is missed.
Evaluations typically take two to five hours, completed in one or two sessions, depending on your needs.
